How am I billed?
All subscriptions start with a free trial. No charges are made to your credit card during this time. After your free trial has ended, your credit card will be charged based on the plan you selected.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to The Mike&Chloe Show catalog page.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking the Profile icon from the top right. Select Dashboard, then scroll down to My Private Info and select Change Password.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Profile from the top navigation menu. Select Purchases, and update your billing information.
My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you love the show! But if you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so by signing into your account, and then clicking the Profile icon at the top right. Select Purchases, then Cancel Membership. Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the cancellation process. You must cancel through your account at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for subscription. If you no longer wish to enjoy the show, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged at your next billing cycle.
